We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jim Shore Designs purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
